Innovation Philosophy (i-P) is an Australian technology company leading digital transformation across Aged Care, NDIS, healthcare, telehealth, and patient monitoring. Since building our first data warehouse in 2016, we’ve expanded globally with teams across Australia and Europe, delivering secure, intelligent, and scalable solutions that empower care providers and enterprises through AI, data, and automation.
At the center of our ecosystem is Lisi. Developed in December 2022 and launched at the ACCPA National Conference 2023, Lisi became Australia’s first AI ecosystem for Aged Care and NDIS. Built in collaboration with industry leaders, Lisi now supports organisations across Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making in clinical, operational, and remote-care environments.

Lisi connects people, data, and processes through agentic AI and custom workflows, automating documentation, reporting, scheduling, and compliance. Integrated with telehealth and patient-monitoring capabilities, it enables continuous, data-driven care and real-time oversight.
Compliance with ISO 42001 (AI Management System) and aligned with Australian AI Ethics Principles and the EU AI Act, Lisi represents a new era of trusted, intelligent automation, shaping the future of connected, data-driven care worldwide.

Responsible Innovation at i-P
At i-P, responsible innovation is at the core of everything we design and deliver.
The first version of Lisi, released in February 2023, became the first AI-powered software solution purpose-built for aged and disability care in Australia. It was introduced publicly at ACCPA in Adelaide on 25 October 2023 and marked the beginning of a new chapter in intelligent care technology.
Since then, i-P has continued to lead with transparency, governance, and trust.
Our AI Management System is certified to conform with ISO IEC 42001 2023 and incorporates recognised practices from ISO IEC 27001, ISO IEC 27701, ISO IEC 31000, and ISO IEC 38507.
This ensures every AI operation is secure, auditable, and managed with clear accountability.
The framework aligns with the Australian AI Ethics Principles, the EU AI Act, GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and the My Health Records Act 2012.
