Care and Support Empowered by AI

Intelligent care starts with understanding.
At i-P, we use artificial intelligence not as a trend, but as a tool that empowers people, streamlines operations, and enhances outcomes.

Through our AI-powered ecosystem led by Lisi, aged care, disability, and home care providers can automate, predict, and personalise every aspect of their service delivery, making care smarter, faster, and more human.

Intelligent Care through the Power of Lisi

Artificial intelligence in care is not about replacing people. It is about amplifying their ability to deliver better outcomes.

Lisi is i-P’s AI-driven platform designed to bring automation, communication, and intelligence into every care environment.
Built for aged care, disability, and home care providers, it transforms everyday data and workflows into insight, prediction, and personalised action.

Through Lisi, care teams gain a central digital assistant that helps manage communication, reporting, compliance, and decision-making , all in one unified ecosystem.

It learns from each organisation’s data patterns, adapts to evolving care needs, and supports managers and teams with summarised insights, automated documentation, and proactive alerts.

Lisi is compliant with ISO 42001 (AI Management System), making Innovation Philosophy the first in Australia’s Aged Care and NDIS sectors to achieve this. It is also aligned with the Australian AI Ethics Principles and developed in accordance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.

Lisi is not a single product. It is the foundation for a family of intelligent applications that work across different areas of care delivery.

Responsible AI and Governance

At i-P, responsible innovation is the foundation of everything we do.

Our first version of Lisi, launched in February 2023, was the first AI-powered software solution created specifically for aged and disability care in Australia.

It was publicly presented for the first time at ACCPA (Adelaide) on 25 October 2023, marking the beginning of a new era in intelligent care technology.

Since then, i-P has continued to lead with governance and trust.

Our AI Management System is certified conforming to ISO/IEC 42001:2023, integrating best practices and controls from ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 31000, and ISO/IEC 38507 to ensure secure, transparent, and risk-managed AI operations.

This framework also aligns with the Australian AI Ethics Principles, the EU AI Act, GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and the My Health Records Act 2012, ensuring that every I-P solution is built for trust, safety, and ethical AI use.
